WELCOME TO THE FAMILY AND
CAREGIVER TOOLKIT

Welcome to the National Family Support Technical Assistance Center’s (NFSTAC) Family Support Toolkit. The purpose of this toolkit is to share a collection of family-friendly resources, videos, and tip sheets to assist families on best practices related to mental health and substance use challenges across the lifespan. We believe families are the experts.  They understand the environment and the dynamics in which their children and family members live. When families have access to resources and information when engaging in services, families and providers are better able to work as a team.
